Hi love, I’m Khadine! <3
So glad you’re here!
If you’re feeling stuck in relationships, be it friendships, dating, family, or even church, you’re not alone. I know what it’s like to struggle with setting boundaries, to feel unseen or unappreciated, to wonder if you’re asking for too much, or if you’ve been settling for too little.
I get it, because I’ve been there too.
As a Christian, BIPOC psychotherapist with over 6 years of experience, I don’t just bring professional expertise, I bring real-life understanding. I’ve personally navigated the challenges of dating, friendship struggles, family tensions, and church hurt, which is why I’m so passionate about this work. It’s not just theory for me, it’s something I deeply relate to, and that’s what makes me effective, skilled, and committed to helping you heal.

Our mission at MyTherapy Nest is to support Christian millennials and Gen Z in navigating relational and emotional challenges through Christ-centered, culturally sensitive, evidence-based therapy.
My Mission
How I Approach Therapy
Let’s be honest, healing isn’t separate from Christ, but it also requires real, intentional work.
You don’t have to choose between your faith and your emotional health. Both are necessary for true healing. That’s why my approach is faith-based, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive, blending Biblical truth with practical, real-life strategies to help you break unhealthy cycles, set boundaries (without guilt), and build relationships that are actually life-giving.
No fluff. No fake positivity. Just a real, honest space where we can work through the tough stuff together.
I’m a millennial myself, so I understand the unique struggles this generation faces. I’m also a down-to-earth, relatable, and light-hearted therapist, meaning our sessions won’t feel stuffy or overly clinical. Expect real conversations, some laughter along the way, and a space where you can just be yourself.
I’m passionate about this work because I’ve lived it. And I know healing is possible, for you, too!
If you’re ready to start your healing journey, I’d love to walk alongside you.
A Little More About Me…
Is This You?
I work with Christian millennials and Gen Z who are tired of feeling like they have to carry it all alone.
Maybe you’re:
Trying to express your feelings, but it always turns into an argument
Unsure if you should keep fighting for the relationship or walk away
Always giving more than you get in friendships and relationships
Struggling with heartbreak, disappointment, or feeling unseen
Dealing with tension, pressure, or criticism from family
Struggling with church hurt or trying to reconcile faith and pain
You don’t have to keep pushing through alone. Therapy gives you space to sort things through, heal, and move forward feeling lighter and more sure of yourself.

Not sure if your insurance covers therapy?
Here’s a quick script to ask your provider:
"Does my plan cover therapy with a Registered Social Worker (RSW)?"
