Welcome!
Hi, I’m Khadine! <3
Relationships can be complicated. Be it friendships, dating, family, or even church hurt, it’s tough when you’re overthinking every interaction, replaying conversations, or feeling stuck in the same patterns. That’s where I come in. As a black Christian therapist offering online therapy across Ontario, I help Gen Z and Millennials (just like you) break unhealthy patterns, build confidence in their relationships, and navigate life’s challenges in a way that honors both your faith and emotional well-being.
Therapy with me is authentic, relatable and actually helpful. You don’t have to figure it out alone, let’s do this together!

At MyTherapy Nest, we blend Christ-centered principles with evidence-based therapy in a way that honors your cultural experiences and values, helping you process, grow, and move forward. This is your space to be your most authentic self, unpack the hard stuff, and step into the life God has for you!

While my practice is rooted in faith-based therapy, you don’t have to be a practicing Christian to work with me! I welcome clients who are open to Christ-centered therapy as faith will be integrated into the healing process alongside evidence-based approaches.

I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in Ontario. Many insurance plans cover therapy with an RSW, but it’s best to check with your provider. I provide receipts that you can submit for reimbursement.

Faith-based therapy integrates Christian principles with evidence-based therapy. This means we explore how your faith can be a source of healing while also using practical, therapeutic strategies to support your mental health.
