“For the overthinkers, the people-pleasers & the ones wondering 'should I text back'?”

Faith+Evidence based therapy for Christian Millennials & Gen Z navigating relationship struggles, spiralling thoughts, heavy emotions, and everything in between.

You’re here for a reason, something in you knows it’s time for a change. Whether it’s your thoughts, emotions, or relationships feeling messy, you don’t have to sort it out alone. Healing happens in connection, let’s take that next step together!

Welcome!

Hi, I’m Khadine! <3

Relationships can be complicated. Be it friendships, dating, family, or even church hurt, it’s tough when you’re overthinking every interaction, replaying conversations, or feeling stuck in the same patterns. That’s where I come in. As a black Christian therapist offering online therapy across Ontario, I help Gen Z and Millennials (just like you) break unhealthy patterns, build confidence in their relationships, and navigate life’s challenges in a way that honors both your faith and emotional well-being.

Therapy with me is authentic, relatable and actually helpful. You don’t have to figure it out alone, let’s do this together!

At MyTherapy Nest, we blend Christ-centered principles with evidence-based therapy in a way that honors your cultural experiences and values, helping you process, grow, and move forward. This is your space to be your most authentic self, unpack the hard stuff, and step into the life God has for you!
